Tour the Network

This is the center of the company, the actual core development and administration of our services. Our Certified and Experienced specialists proactively monitor the Network and our state-of-the-art Data Center to ensure that your website remains functional and accessible at all times. The monitoring of our network and web servers maximizes the uptime for our total client base. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is the "nerve center" of the facility and is manned 7x24. The NOC staff is backed by a team of expert network and system level engineers who provide escalation support and "state of the art" network engineering.
	The web servers are hard at work serving up client web sites.
Every web server is specially designed for web hosting. We use only the hardware that is best suited for hosting mission critical applications.
	An Origin 2000 superserver from Silicon Graphics handles our enterprise database and reporting needs.
These are the "Big Pipes." Internet connections are through fiber optic cable from multiple Telco providers such as MCI, and Sprint. The network utilizes the best network resources available on the Internet today. Connections to Tier 1 providers and peering arrangements with top Internet companies assures our customers only the best network infrastructure available.
	All data from our servers is backed up on a regular basis by an automated tape backup system, complete with mechanical robot arm. The tape backup system is one of the fastest in its class. Any restoration of data can be done at lighting speed.
The Data Center is protected by industrial strength power backup systems. These systems work together to guarantee maximum uptime and power efficiency for all the hardware and computer systems in the data center
	Here is a closer look at the cooling system. In a data center environment, the multitude of computer systems and hardware creates much higher temperatures than in normal operating environments. The cooling system protects all the hardware in the Data center from failure due to overheating.
The Data Center maintains it’s own industrial strength diesel generator. Our generator takes over automatically during any loss of power from the local power company. The diesel generator is tested several times per year and has always been there for us (and our customers) when a power crisis occurs.
