Player Tracking software for Race Tracks

Every race track needs to track betting by individual player.  Today's tote systems all keep track of individual player if that player identifies him/herself to the teller or self-service terminal.  Usually a Player Tracking card is either handed to the teller or inserted in the self-service terminal to swipe.  At the end of the day, a file is output that lists every player, amount bet, amount won, total cashed, and total bets separated by track.

These PlayTrac modules take the data provided by the independent totalizer company, and add it to a player database. This allows the track to reward customers based on play.

Individual modules allow track to purchase only those features needed.

System uses extensive customization per location based on track's needs.

All modules run on Windows 2000/XP.  Database runs on Windows 2003 Servers using either a Microsoft Access or Sql database.
